Easter Brunch Buffet





EASTER BRUNCH BUFFET

Sunday April 4th, 2010 11.30am to 2.00pm

BREAKFAST ITEMS:
Plated fresh baked muffins, croissants and fruit danish
traditional eggs benedict with canadian ham, hickory smoked bacon, country pork sausages
baked French toast and quebec maple syrup

SALADS:
Caesar salad, fresh market greens with a selection of dressing, waldorf salad, german style potato salad with
roasted onions and stone ground mustard, green cabbage coleslaw
